This 83-unit development features a combination of townhomes along the perimeter of the site, with apartments located in the interior of the lot. The townhomes include a private garage and driveway with each unit. Each apartment unit has its own private entrance, and the apartment buildings are configured to create a sense of privacy and ownership for each unit.

Specific challenges to the project were designing to maximize usage on a long, narrow lot with a steep slope, as well as the preservation and integration of a stream running down the middle of the property. The stream was included as a vegetated green belt running along the backs of the interior apartment buildings, allowing additional privacy for tenants.
