Project: Harborstone Credit Union Branch Office
Location: Hawks Prairie, Washington
Client: Harborstone Credit Union
Scope: New Construction
Completed: Spring 2008

This new 3-story, 20,000sf office building is not only a major 'hub' branch for HCU, but an active part of local business as well. With the first floor occupied by Harborstone, the second is leased by Chapman University and half of the third by Reynolds Real Estate. Space improvements for both tenants were handled by Casey + DeChant.

Within the credit union, varying ceiling heights were incorporated to create a sense of boundary between adjacent spaces in the open floor plan, allowing for defined areas without the use of walls or barriers.

The distinct face and entry of the building, which draws from the municipal modulation requirements, creates interest and aesthetic appeal to the building which stands above its neighbors.
