This mixed-use development in the heart of the University Place Towncenter features many of the same features and amenities as its predecessors, Clearview 100 and Latitude 47, located directly across Bridgeport Way.

With an eye toward resident amenities, this project features expansive resident common areas on multiple floors, as well as a private dog park raised safely above street level.
