These two four-story buildings serve University Place's growing downtown core along Bridgeport Way. On a narrow lot slotted between exising light commercial and single family homes, the buildings balance the existing neighborhood while remaining responsive to the growth the city is experiencing. With 104 units, spacious tenant amenities and on-site parking, the project makes use of every available square foot of this property.
